The 319-unit Hyll On Holland has sold over 100 units since its launch by the time of being. Units were sold earlier between last October and May this year at a median price of $2,677 psf. Developer launched great promotion in June 2021 which gave buyers discounts ranged from $111,700 for a two-bedroom unit, to $429,000 for the large, three-bedroom-plus-study apartment.

For instance, the smallest unit, a two-bedder of 570 sq ft on the second floor, was priced from $1.33 million ($2,338 psf), after a $150,200 price deduction.  A three-bedroom + study flat of 1,055 sq ft on the second floor started from $2.416 million ($2,290 psf), after around $217,900 discount. The four types of 2-bedroom homes are most popular with over 80 units sold. Most of the buyers were Singaporeans appeared to be familiar with the location.
